What is your return/exchange policy?
Should you need to return or exchange your order, please know that refund via store credit only, however, we will gladly take your returns and exchanges. You will need to obtain a RA# to begin the process. Please see our return policy.

What is your shipping policy?
We take and ship orders both domestically and internationally. Please see our shipping policy.

How do I find my size?
All measurements are approximate. Should you need more information on our sizing and find the right fit, please reference our fit guide.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PayPal and wire transfer. Please see our payment information payment information.

What does it mean when my order is fraudulent?
We only process orders that have the same billing and shipping addresses to avoid fraudulent transactions.
If your order does not have the same billing and shipping address, it may be flagged as fraudulent. Please make sure the addresses for billing and shipping match the information on the credit card used to purchase. If your order is marked fraudulent, a representative will contact you regarding verification. Please reference our shipping policy for more information.
Also, orders that amount to $500 or more will need to be verified.
