Returns And Exchanges

Returns:

Unwashed and unworn full priced, or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days from the date merchandise was received. Items must be returned in the condition in which it was received, in original packaging with tags attached otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Returns are eligible for store credit only and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. You must obtain a Return Authorization number before sending your item back. To obtain an RA#, please contact customer service toll free at 855-999-LBJC (5252) or write to . If an RA# is not provided, your return will be refused and packages will be returned to the sender, shipping is non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges to and from, are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom made and Sale items:

All products that are custom made according to customer's order (crystallized, hemmed, altered, etc.) and sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable and are only eligible for exchange, should a manufacturer defect exist, in which case we will exchange it with the same product, size, design, color. All returned custom made orders for exchanges are also subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit. Shipping and handling charges to and from, are also the responsibility of the customer. You must also obtain an RA# before sending your item back for a replacement.

Damaged items:

If you received a damaged item from us, kindly contact us upon receipt of your order so we may issue you a RA number (return authorization). You may contact any customer service representative at or call us toll free at 855-999- LBJC (5252) regarding the matter.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item(s) please notify us via email at immediately and include the replacement item(s) with all specific information (color, size, etc). Once we have confirmed the request, you will be issued an RA# in which will be used as reference for shipping the item back to us within 7 business days upon receipt of your purchase. Shipping and handling to and from are the responsibility of the customer.
